Low Fat
The recipes here contain a collection of low to medium fat dishes. While they might not all subscribe to the individual or current idea of what constitutes “healthy”, what they all have in common is the low level of fat content. For years, people have asked for my flat-tummy-a-week-after-labour (x4!) “secret”, besides the abdominal work right up to labour, this is it! Weekday meals for me are always low fat, I’m not talking about low fat cheeses, milk or cream, I’m talking about a lifestyle that doesn’t include these products regularly. I don’t feel deprived, I just don’t need them. When I fancy them, I have them, in moderation. So, without getting even more sanctimonious, here are examples of dishes I have regularly during the week. Rich foods are for the weekends!
